Fluxing refining tablet "Degazer" (Дегазёр)
1. Application
Fluxing refining tablet "Degazer" (Дегазёр) is designed to clean aluminum and its alloys from non-metallic (Al2O3) and gas (H2) inclusions and impurities of alkali and alkaline earth metals such as Na, Mg, Na and Li.
2. Sphere of use
Primary aluminum and aluminum alloys of all groups - silumin, piston alloys with silicon content of 17-21%, secondary casting alloys, wrought alloys of 2xxx, 3xxx and 5xxx series.

4. Method of use
1. Remove slag
2. Place "Degazer" tablet in the bell, then close the bell with paper wad
3. Turn off the burners
4. Measure the temperature (recommended temperature 680-750 C)
5. With the bell treat the entire volume of the melt till the end of the reaction
6. Allow for technology exposure of 15-20 minutes
7. Remove reaction products from the surface of the melt
5. Consumption rate
Consumption rate of flux "Degazer" - 0,3 - 0,5 kg per ton in refining of hydrogen and nonmetallic inclusions, 0.5 - 1.0 kg / t in refining impurities from alkali metals and alkaline-earth metals. Rate may increase depending on the degree of contamination of the melt when using scrap as a charge up to 1.5 kg / t.
6. Appearance
The tablet is a cylinder of 72 mm in diameter, and weigth of 250 g.
At customer's request it can be made in powder form.

7. Packaging
Tablets are packed in cardboard boxes of 20 kg.
8. Shelf life
Store in dry indoors for 6 months from the date of manufacture
